Gatlinburg Craftsmens Fair October 2025

Booth 709 is the place to stop and see the latest jewelry creations for men, women and children! Chainmaille designs in sterling silver, stainless steel, niobium, aluminum and enameled silver over copper. Prices start at just $19! Bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pendants.


There will be jewelry in fused dichroic glass, too. Pendants, earrings, bracelets and sets. Clip earrings are available for those of you without pierced ears!

Great Glass Jewelry

 

The glass jewelry is made from two or three layers of flat colored glass- a base color, the dichroic (colorful) glass in the middle, and then a clear glass on top.It is melted in a kiln at about 1400+ degrees to a thickness of about ½”.

 

Chainmaille is created by opening and closing individual rings and interconnecting them.  Some pieces like earrings take about an hour, while complex weaves take days.  All my chainmaille jewelry is made with lightweight aluminum (does not tarnish!) sterling silver, stainless steel (won't tarnish) or copper links.  To clean copper if you prefer the bright, shiny look simply soak the piece in equal parts water and lemon juice.
